• Reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Circumvent security controls
• Disrupt, overload, or degrade the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform
• Use the Service for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, or harmful conduct
• Upload or link to malicious code or harmful content
• Interfere with other customers' use of the Service

Security Expectations

You are responsible for:

• Managing user permissions within your organization
• Protecting login credentials and API keys
• Maintaining secure internal practices
• Enabling multi-factor authentication where available

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably determine that use of the Service violates this policy, threatens platform stability, or exposes PingBase or other customers to risk.

We may take action without prior notice if necessary to protect the Service.
